How do I set individual and team goals?

This feature is only available on the Shaker Advanced plan. Contact support for access.

You will need to ensure that you have Admin access to set Team and Team Member goals. 

Where to go to set your goals:

To start setting goals, click on your "Settings" tab and click "Goals". It should be your last option in Account Settings and right before User Settings.

Setting team vs individual goals:

You have the option to set Individual and/or Team goals via a toggle at the top of the page.

Setting your monthly goals:

Setting your monthly goals will automatically roll up into your annual goals. This applies to both team member goals and team goals.

As you set your goals, you will notice the options to Copy to the Next Month or All Months. These options are there to help speed up the entering of your goals.

When completed you will need to click the teal "Save Goals" button on the bottom right corner of your screen.

Important Notes:

You currently have the ability to set goals for: Units, Volume, and Commission.

(Your deal details must be filled out correctly for the information to count towards your goals. Required fields are Listing Price, Commission %, and Closed Date. Custom fields are not reflected in reporting information.)
