How do I prevent automated emails from sending after a deal stage changes?

This video demonstrates the steps to take to prevent an automated email from sending in case a deal stage has changed and the email is no longer relevant.

The first step is to open your settings and go to your deal stages.

For every automated email within each deal stage, select the edit button to open the details about when the email is scheduled to send and you will see a check box.

By clicking the box, it will prevent that particular email from going out if the deal stage changes prior to the email's scheduled sending time.

The check box is also available for any newly scheduled emails.
