Shaker supports two default deal types - Buying & Selling as well as custom deal types that you can create. On occasion, you may create a deal under the wrong deal type or need to duplicate a deal if you are handling both transaction sides.

Here are the steps for changing a deal type:

1. Open the deal

2. Click on the "Actions" Icon

3. Select "Change Deal Type

4. Chose the deal type and stage you want for the transfer

5. Save
