How do I add a note to a deal?

  1. Open your deals tab and select the deal you would like to notate.

  2. You will notice tabs at the top of the page for Details, Notes, Tasks, Timeline, and Documents. Click on "Notes".

  3. Click the "+" symbol.

  4. Draft your note. It will be stamped with the date and time at which you created it.

  5. If you want to notify members of your team, to bring attention to this note, select the team members you want to notify from the drop-down menu. They will receive an email that you left a note for them.

  6. Click "Save" and you're done!
