Reset your Shaker account password
You can reset your password within your Shaker account by visiting Settings > Profile Settings and following the steps after clicking the "Change Password" button.
Forgot your Password
If you have forgotten your password and can't log in, click Forgot password? on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password.
Troubleshooting
When creating a password for a Shaker account, the password must contain a minimum of 12 characters. If you've confirmed you've added at least 12 characters and have still received an error message, contact [email protected] for assistance.
