Integrating Shaker and DocuSign Rooms

  1. From your Settings tab, select "Integrations".
  2. Then select the "Add" button on the DocuSign integration card.
  3. You will be presented with a sign-in page for DocuSign
  4. Sign in to your DocuSign account to enable Shaker and you're done!

How it Works

This video covers creating, linking, and syncing deals between Shaker and DocuSign Rooms.

The Shaker and Docusign Rooms Integration has the following capabilities.

  • Users can Create a Room from Shaker which opens a file under the property address and syncs any relevant data from the Shaker record to DocuSign.

  • Users can link an existing room to Shaker and sync relevant data from DocuSign into a Shaker Deal

  • Users can unlink an existing room from a Shaker file to disconnect the data sync

  • Once a deal is synced, new data entered into Shaker will automatically update the DocuSign Room.

  • You can also choose to send documents uploaded to Shaker along to DocuSign Rooms.

Note: Data in DocuSign does not automatically sync back to Shaker. To check for new updates in DocuSign, use the "Sync" button.

  2. Documents can only be transferred to Docusign from Shaker at this time. Documents created or uploaded originally to DocuSign will not sync to Shaker.
