Cancellation Policies
Below you will find a list of the cancelation policies as outlined in your contract agreement.
Monthly Subscriptions - Cancellation requires 24-hour notice in advance of your scheduled monthly renewal date.
You will maintain access to Shaker through the date that your next payment would be due.
Annual Subscriptions - Cancelation requires 30 days notice in advance of your scheduled annual renewal date.
Early termination of annual subscriptions will result in a cancellation fee equal to two months at your current subscription rate and conversion back to the costs associated with a monthly plan. Any remaining balance after the monthly conversion and 2-month cancellation fee will be refunded.
Onboarding service fees are non-refundable.
What happens when I cancel?
Once your account is closed, your data will be stored for up to 6 months, unless you have requested account deletion. You are welcome to restart your Shaker account at any time If it's within 6 months you can expect your account to be the same as you left it.
All SMS numbers will be immediately deactivated and client messaging will cease.
