In this video, we walk through the steps to create a downloadable deal report that will include your deal information, task, notes, timeline, and uploaded document names.
Start by clicking on your deals tab and then opening the deal you would like to generate the report for.
Then select the 3 dots below near the left corner of the deal information. It will be below the picture of the house and address and to the right of the "Note" button. You will see a selection for "Create Report". Click it!
Next, choose the sections you would like included in the report. Your options are: Tasks, Timeline, Notes, and Documents (documents will only pull the name of the documents, not the actual information within the documents).
Click "Generate Report". This will open a new tab with designated information you wanted to be included in your report.
In the top right you will notice a "Print Report" button in a greenish color. You will now have the option to print the document or download the document as a PDF via the destination option.
