What is a workflow?
A workflow or drip campaign is a series of scheduled, automated activities. With Shaker workflows, you can schedule emails, text messages, and tasks to be sent or completed at specific times such as home anniversaries or after you receive a new lead
Creating a workflow
Go to Settings and select "Workflows".
Name your Workflow
Add your first step (delay, email, text, or task you want to kick off your campaign). If you want the workflow to kick off immediately when a contact is enrolled without delay, add your desired action as the 1st step.
Set the delay you would like before your next email or task.
Repeat the process for the number of emails/tasks you would like to take place.
Turn your workflow on once it's ready
Select contacts to enroll
Note: To send an email or SMS message from a workflow, you first need to create a message template.
Enrolling Contacts in a Workflow
Contacts can be enrolled in workflows based on "tags" associated with their contact record. Contacts can be added to workflows in one of three ways.
