Adding Users to my Shaker Account (Upgrade)
Updated onArticleCustomers can upgrade plans or add users at any time.For monthly customers who upgrade plans or add users mid-billing cycle, doing so will charge a prorated amount for the current month on your next bill.- For example, if your monthly bill for one user is $60 and you upgrade to 2 users in the middle of your billing cycle, your next bill will be $150 and then will reduce back down to $120 on the following month's billing cycle.The Admin for your account (the person that created the account) can go to the "Account" tab within their "Account Settings" and click the "Billing" option at the top of the page. From there, you can add seats, update your billing preferences, or download your billing invoice(s).- If you plan on adding multiple seats, please reach out to [email protected] to see if there are any available discounts that you may qualify for.

How do I use field substitutions in 1-off emails?
Updated onArticleField substitutions, also known as merge fields or variable data, can be used in message templates to personalize your emails with data from a specific deal or contact record.These fields can be saved on a message template or quickly referenced when drafting 1-off emails from a contact or deal page. When drafting an email, simply begin to type in the brackets ##{{ and field substitution options will begin to appear. Shaker uses braces or curly brackets ##{{ to identify these fields. Click on your field of choice from the options presented and your data will be added. It will show up in purple, however, the end recipient will not see the highlighted purple text.
