Timezone Setup
When setting up your Shaker account, each user has the ability to set a default timezone on their profile under Settings > Profile.
The timezone setting powers account functions such as when automations trigger, when tasks are due, and what times are inserted into emails.
Note: Setting your Shaker timezone does not override your browser or computer settings. As a user, if your timezone is different than your account's timezone setting you will see dates and times in your current timezone.
